We want ALL our customers to be happy, and we strive to attain 100% satisfaction rate. On rare occasions, a customer may choose to return a product. Please note the following:
Asante Black offers a returns option. Our Returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Items which have been worn.
- Pierced Earrings (for Health and Safety Reasons)
- Lingery, Intimate underwear or personal care items.
- Item is not in its original condition, for example is dirty or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items where contact has been made over the 14 day limit.
In the first instance, should you need to return a product, please email email@example.com explaining the problem.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A photo of the product in your possession, and a copy of your purchase receipt (email)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of receipt of the product.
Please allow up 14 days for refund after we have received your product. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need repairs or exchange for the same item, this can be facilitated by the same returns process.
If you need to replace with a different size, then we can accomodate this, provided the product returned is in its original pristine condition, in the same or similar packaging.
To return your product, an address will be sent to you, once you have emailed your concern.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the problem was our fault, then we will cover return shipping costs, and add this to refund. If an exchange or repair is taking place, then we will cover re-posting costs and your return costs.
Exchanging a Product
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an expensive item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As you know with postal services, one can never guarantee that an item posted will arrive.
